Centred around the Brazilian dish of the same name, the audio walk and sensorial performance MOQUECA weaves together biographical and collective stories about life’s movements towards the unknown. Guided by headphones, the audience follows an interactive path through the city neighbourhood and towards the performer who carefully builds a space of intimacy and invites them to consciously take part in the ancient ritual of sharing a homecooked meal. Inspired by the Anthropophagic Movement in Brazil, the artistic duo Po:era explores the image of incorporating cultures, beliefs, and ideas.
